Lila Leathers-Fitz is President and CEO of Leathers Enterprises, Inc., a petroleum distributorship based in Gresham, OR. After being a partner in the petroleum business for many years, she purchased the business in 1991.

Lila has been active in the petroleum industry for many years. She has served as Western Regional Vice President for Petroleum Marketers of America; past President of Pacific Oil Conference; past President of Oregon Petroleum Marketers Association, past Oilheat Commissioner for the State of Oregon, past President of Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce and served on the Transportation Committee System Citizens Advisory Council for Gresham.

Lila loves flying, enough so that she has earned her private pilots' license. She loves reading, gardening, horseback riding, shooting, walking and spending time with family. Lila is married to Michael Fitz, President of StarOilco based in Portland, OR.
