Diesel Fuel Users

There is no annual minimum gallon requirement or eligibility requirements to use Cardlock. You can enjoy the same Cardlock convenience and benefits without having to qualify as a business. Once your credit application is approved, you can purchase diesel at any CFN Cardlock location.

Oregon Cardlock Facilities

In order to purchase gasoline at a cardlock facility in Oregon, the customer must certify that:

• The fuel is being purchased by a business, a farm, a government agency or nonprofit organization.
• All gasoline purchased at a Cardlock station will be used in a vehicle owned or operated by the business for business ONLY.
